Ingredients

  1. 1chopped bunch green amaranth
  2. 3chopped green chilli
  3. 2chopped big onion
  4. 2 tblsp crushed coconut
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 2 tspchopped garlic (optional)
  8. 1 tblsp oil
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop your vegetable

    In a kadhai add oil then add chilli onion and let it soften then add turmeric and mix well

  3. 3

    Once soften add chopped green amaranth. Let soften then add salt sugar and coconut. Once cooked serve with bhakri or chapati
