Ingredients

Three or four people
  1. 500 gramkhajoor
  2. 2 tbspghee
  3. 3 tbspcashews
  4. 3 tbsppista
  5. 3 tbspalmonds
  6. Some Oreo biscuits powder
  7. 15-20marigold biscuits
  8. Sugar as per requirement

Cooking Instructions

    Remove seeds from dates,keep them aside.

    In a pan add cashews, almonds and pistachio and roast on law flame 🔥 until it turns golden and crunchy.cool down rosted dryfruits and grind them into the powder.

    Then add dates in a pan and roast until the dates become soft and ghee oozes out from their sides.

    Switch off the flame and add the mixture into the mixing Bowl.then add dryfruits powder and sugar.mix well.

    The khajoor dryfruits mixture is ready.

    Then, assemble 1 biscuit and 1 khajoor mixture sheet on top of each other and make three layers for khajoor Biscuits.

    Now coat the khajoor Biscuits with Oreo biscuits.make all in the same way.

    Serve khajoor Biscuits and store it in an airtight container for 15 to 20 days or a month in the refrigerator.
