Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2 cupgreen chana cleaned and washed
  2. 2 tbspfresh grounded green chillies, garlic and ginger
  3. 1 tspAsafoetida
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash green chana. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add Asafoetida and fresh grounded green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute for some time.

    Add turmeric, coriander powder, green chana and salt. Add 1 cup of water. Close the lid and give 4-5 whistles. Once cooker is cool, open the lid and mix it well. Serve hot with Roti. Enjoy 😍
