Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchana,
  2. 1 tspturmeric powder,
  3. 1/2 tspRai,
  4. 1/4 tspasafoetida,
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds,
  6. 1tomatoes,
  7. 5-6curry leaves
  8. 1green chilli
  9. as neededoil,
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 1/2 tspcoriander,
  15. 1 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook the chana,

  2. 2

    Chop the tomatoes, green chillies

  3. 3

    Take a kadai, add oil, asafoetida, Rai,jeera,curry palov, greenchillie, and tomatoes, fry in high flame

  4. 4

    Add red chilli powder,dhaniya powder, salt to taste

  5. 5

    Add the pressure cooked chana, mix well and then add garam masala as seasoning with Coriander leaves
