    First grate the carrot with a grated.Then add oil to the frypan.When the oil is hot fry the carrot.Then add sugar.If the carrot becomes sticky while stirring off the gas.

    Then mix flour white oil baking powder baking soda milk carrot mixture in bowl.Then put butter paper in the center of the cake tin pour the cake mixture on it.Then bake the cake in the oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes.Turn off the gas.

    Carrot cake is ready.
