Wash pompano and slice,then rub with flour.Set aside

Boil water,add salt,ginger,spring onion and shallots.Let it boil until you can smell the ginger flavour.

Then add the fish,tomato and eggplant.Let it cook.

Before off the flame add sinigang mix.Simmer a minute then off the fire.
