1 stalkspring onion
1 packground beef
Marinate:soy,black pepper
Cooking oil
slicesGarlic and shallots

Marinate beef then set aside for 15 mins.

Sautee garlic and shallot until soft.Then the beef,stir fry until beef color changes into pale.

Add a little water simmer it.Then add tofu and continue cooking until done.
