Cooking Instructions

Make ingredients ready
Sieve in the bowl,
Add water little by little and Knead the soft dough.
Give the rest for 5-7 minutes.
After that Knead the dough again for at least 2-3 minutes. - 2
Make small balls from the dough and start rolling,cover the Puris with a wet cloth for 5 minutes.
Heat the oil and fry the Puris till it gets light brown. - 3
Puris are read.
Transfer in the dish and enjoy.
