  1. 500 gmWhole Black Urad dal
  2. 300 gmGrated Jaggery
  3. 1/2 tspcardamom powder

    Dry roast the roast the whole black gram

    Roast the black gram in low flame until a nice aroma comes

    Grind the roasted urad dal (in a grinding mill) into fine powder

    Add finely grated jaggery

  5. 5

    Mix well with your hands

    Add hot ghee to the flour mixture

    Mix well with a ladle

    Make laddu

  9. 9

    Make round laddu into without any cracks

    Make laddu use all the flour

    Now ready to serve
