Ingredients

  1. forFor kofte--
  2. 2 cupssoaked & grinded urad dal
  3. 1 tspcrushed ginger & garlic
  4. 1chopped Green chilli
  5. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  6. 2green cardamoms
  7. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  8. 1 pinchgaram masala
  9. 1chopped onion for mixing in koftas
  10. forFor curry-
  11. 2onions chopped
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 2 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1/4 tspChilli powder
  15. 1 tspgaram massla
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1fried onion chopped
  18. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  19. 1 tspcrushed ginger
  20. 2tomato puree
  21. 1/4 cupcurd
  22. 2green cardamoms
  23. 2cloves
  24. 5black peppercorns
  25. 1black cardamom
  26. 4soaked & grinded Almonds
  27. as requiredOil for frying & making curry

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the soaked Dal with all written spices in a mixture jar execpt onion.

    Take it out from the jar,add chopped onion & mix it.

  3. 3

    Make it like kofta from this mixture.Heat a wok add oil let it heat,put koftas in this oil,fry it till golden in the medium flame.

    Take it out.Keep it aside.

    In another pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it heat.add onion stir it,add ginger garlic,saute it.fry it pink.

    In a mixture jar add brown onion,whole spices,almond, curd and grind it.Take it out in a bowl.

    Add this mixture in this pan fry it.Add tomato pure cook it 2 minutes.Add all powdered spices cook it 1 minute.

    Add water let it boil for 5 minutes.Add all koftas in this,let it boil 2 minutes.Take it out from the flame.

    Serve it in a bowl Garnish it with cream & corindear leaves.serve with rice,& chapati.
