A fish dish that all family members will crave! Any white fish can be substituted for the Tilapia and try different white wines for the sauce based on what you prefer.

Preheat Oven to 450F

Start cooking the rice as it usually takes around 30 minutes to cook

Combine Wine, Butter, and Spices in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer, reducing the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Arrange fish in a 9x9 or 9x13 pan so pieces are touching, but not overlapping. Slowly drizzle sauce over fish allowing sauce to stick to the fish as much as possible.

Broil fish in oven for 25 min.

Divide rice evenly and place fish on top of rice. Drizzle drippings from the pan onto each piece of fish after it has been plated on the rice.
