Very quick and easy recipe from a friend who brought these to a mini Powerlifting meet at our gym. Tasty, energy-dense, great fuel! Her recipe called for honey, but I found this to be a bit too rich, so have swapped for agave. Makes 12 generous pieces.

I cook worse than I sing. I've set various cooking implements on fire four times. So if I've managed to cobble a recipe together, anybody with a pan and a fire blanket can do it too!
