Ingredients

  1. 1large dragon fruit (washed and peeled)
  2. 2large ripe bananas (washed and peeled)
  3. 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  4. 6deseeded dates
  5. 1 cuplow fat milk or plant milk of your choice
  6. 2 teaspoonhoney

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    First, chop the dragon fruit and Bananas into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a blender jar. Add chopped almonds, dates and honey as per taste. Pour cold milk on top.

  3. 3

    Blend everything together till smooth. Pour in glass smoothie jars. Garnish with chopped almonds.Serve cold or at normal temperature.

    Enjoy a delicious and healthy smoothie for breakfast and small hunger cravings.
