Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 300 gAll purpose flour
  2. Warm water 1 cup adding gradually
  3. 4g yeast
  4. Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
  5. 1/2 tsp of cane sugar
  6. Rosemary I used dried fresh is better
  7. TspSea salt
  8. halfCherry tomatoes chopped in 6

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Make up the yeast and warm water and sugar to proof before adding to flour.

    When yeast is foamy add flour and salt.

    Mix it up until sticky by hand or whisk.
    Kneading by hand.

    Oil a bowl and tranfer to it and cover with a towel for a bout a hour until it rises.

    . make a rectangular pan ready transfer it from bowl by greasing your hands with oil working it from side to side to get out.

    When you've put in pan coat with oil, press to the sides and let rise again for 45 minutes.
    30 minutes in preheat the oven, air fryer make finger holes in bread cover with oil put rosemary in holes and cherry tomatoes scatter some sea salt and bake for 20/30 minutes until golden brown.

    Let cool slightly and serve warm it's delicious 😋😋
