Ingredients

  1. 100 grammushroom
  2. 1onion
  3. 5-6garlic cloves
  4. Half inch Ginger
  5. 1/4 th teaspoon black pepper
  6. 14 teaspoonmix herbs
  7. Halftable spoon salt
  8. 2 tablespoonButter
  9. 1 tablespoonoil
  10. 1 cupmilk
  11. 2 tablespooncorn flour
  12. 2 tablespoonfresh cream

    First of all take all ingredients on one platform then keep vessel on medium flame then add butter and oil in the vessel now add chopped ginger and garlic pieces after that add chopped onion in it

    After 3 minutes add chopped mushrooms. For next 2-3 minutes Soute it. Then remove it from vessel in mixer jar and grind it and make fine paste

    Now take another vessel and add again butter and little bit chopped garlic and then add grinded paste in it.

    After adding paste add corn flour slurry in it then add black pepper powder, mix herbs and salt in it. After mixing add milk in it your cream of mushroom soup is ready serve it hot.
