4 cupsslice mushrooms
1/2 tsp.Celery seeds
1/2 tsp.minced garlic
1tbl. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cupbutter

Warm milk on low heat.

Melted butter in hot pan. Add Mushrooms, garlic and onions.

Add flour and celery seeds.

Mix together until thickening. Add warm milk

Keep mixing until thickened. Serve hot with any kind of bread. Salt and pepper to taste.
