Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsesame
  2. 1/2 cupgrated jaggery
  3. 1 cupgrated dry coconut
  4. 1 tablespooncardamom powder
  5. 1/4 tbspnutmeg powder
  6. 2 tbsproasted peanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and add sesame seeds. Roast them until golden brown, then turn off the heat and set them aside.

    Place the sesame seeds in mixer jar and pulse it for few times to grind it roughly.Avoid over grinding,as you want coarse mixture,remove and keep aside.griend peanuts roughly.

    Add the jaggery to the mixer jar along with coarsely grind sesame and peanut pulse the mixture until it combines in to sticky,coarse blend
    Take portion of mixture and shape into small ball (TIL Gul lado) using your hands.
    Your healthy sesame jaggery peanut bites is ready.
    Enjoy and TIL GUL ghya God God bola.
