Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 poundT-Bone steaks
  • 3 poundbottom round steak
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1/4 cupfresh ground black pepper
  • As neededsalt
  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Sear the steak and season, with salt and pepper. When seared place it on a baking pan, with a tablespoon of butter.

    Place in the hot oven for 7 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
