Warm up the fresh milk.

Add cocoa powder and stir quickly with a whisk.

Ensure there are no lumps.

Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.

Turn off the heat once boiling and toss in the Callebaut.

Stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined.

It's fine if the top appears lumpy since the chocochip temperature fluctuates from hard to liquid. The lumps are exactly what make it tasty 🤤.
