Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspeanuts roasted and skin removed
  2. 1 cupthin poha
  3. 1/2 cuptil (sesame seeds)
  4. 1/2 cupchana dal (dalia dal)
  5. 1/2 cupdry coconut grated
  6. 1 1/2 cupjaggery
  7. as neededElaichi powder and ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast poha till it turns crisp.Keep it aside.

    Then dry roast rest things one by one and keep aside.

  3. 3

    First grind poha not to fine.Then grind rest all the things. In a bowl mix all the things together.

    Add jaggery and elaichi powder to this mixture and again blend everything together.

  5. 5

    Remove in a bowl and add little ghee and mix well and make ladoos. Let it dry completely. Store it in airtight container.
