Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 cupsRagi flour
  2. 1 cupFlaxseeds
  3. 1/2 cupGhee
  4. 1 cupjaggery
  5. 12Almonds
  6. 7Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast ragi flour in ghee on slow heat till it gives aroma.

  2. 2

    In a sepatate wok roast flaxseeds also on slow heat without ghee,till it splutters.

  3. 3

    Grind flax seeds with almonds and cardamoms.

  4. 4

    Melt jaggery in 1/2 cup of warm water.

  5. 5

    Now mix ragi flour,jaggery, and flaxseeds pdr.

  6. 6

    Mix the content and make laddus while it is still hot.

  7. 7

    Can be kept and eaten for 7 days or more in winters.
