Ingredients

  1. 400 gramssweet potato
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Masala mix
  4. 1/4 teaspoonchili powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  8. 1 teaspoonlemon juice (optional)

    First of all, wash the sweet potato with water and peel it and wash it again in water for 2-3 times. Grate or cut in round slices with grater. Keep slices in water for 5 minutes, then strain and dry with cotton cloth.

    Now heat the oil and fry the sweet potato chips in a pan. fry them in the hot oil on medium to low flame till golden and crisp.

    Prepare masala mix as mention above. Sprinkle the spices on the hot wafers. mix well.

    Healthy and tasty frali sweet potato wafers are ready for snacking. You can add lemon juice while serving. I have made sweet potato French fries too.
