Today, I made Sweet Potato Chaat, which is healthy and tasty. I used sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. Kids can be picky eaters, but if you make this chaat for them, they won't even notice. It's quick to prepare. Enjoy it with your family.

To make the chaat, first wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, cut them into pieces, and steam them in a pressure cooker.

Meanwhile, make the sweet and sour chutney by mixing water, chaat masala, sugar, salt, and red chili powder in a pan. Cook on medium heat until the chutney thickens or starts sticking to the pan, then turn off the heat.

Peel and cut the steamed sweet potatoes. Place them in a bowl, add all the spices, and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with green chutney, sweet and sour chutney, sev, and cilantro.
