Ingredients

  1. 1watermelon (2-3 cups chopped watermelon)
  2. 1 teaspoongond katira soaked in 1 cup water
  3. 2spring mint leaves
  4. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  5. 1 teaspoonfennel seeds powder
  6. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  7. 1 teaspoonblack salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 7-8ice cubes
  10. For garnish
  11. 1spring mint leaves and lemon slices

Cooking Instructions

3 hours + 5 minutes

    First of all soak gond katira in water and cover it.let it rest to rise for 3 hours.add more water if need.

    Now make a sikanji masala, take fennel seeds powder cumin powder, chaat masala and black salt and mix together. Keep aside. Add watermelon,mint leaves and lemon juice to mixture grinder and make fine juice and strain it.

    Now add 2 tbsp soaked gond katira and ice cubes to serving glass. Add prepared Shikanji masala mix to the glass.

    Now pour the watermelon juice to glass.mix it well. Add mint leaves and lemon slice on top for garnish.

    Enjoy the gond katira watermelon Shikanji in summer season.
