Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupGrated bottle gourd
  2. 4/7 cupswheat flour
  3. 1/8 tspn garam masala
  4. 1/8red chilli powder
  5. 1/8haldi powder
  6. 1/8 cupChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1green chilli Chopped
  8. 1/2 inchginger geated
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/4 tbspnoil for moin
  11. Oil for frying

    Grate lauki,Green chilli,Ginger.

    Now in mixing bowl add all ingredients and knead the paratha dough till soft.

    Now make paratha and fry on both sides with oil serve hot with achar.
