Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2spring onion
  2. 3dried Shiitake mushroom
  3. 1 packKanikamaboko (crab sticks)
  4. 3eggs
  5. 2bowls cooked rice
  6. 1 tablespoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon)
  7. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dried Shiitake and cut Shiitake small.

    Cut spring onion and Kanikamaboko

  3. 3

    Beat eggs with a little salt and fry eggs. Put fried eggs aside in dish.

  4. 4

    Heat salad oil in pan and fry spring onion.

  5. 5

    Fry Shiitake mushroom and Kanikamaboko and put cooked rice.

  6. 6

    Season Dashi powder black pepper and soy sauce then add fried egg.
