This is a very simple, quick and easy dessert recipe. No cooking required and moreover with a divine taste of chilled creamy fruit cream with a long lasting flavours of paan / betel leaf, gulkand and almonds.
Steps

Take a bowl add whipping cream and chill it for 1 hr in freezer.

Take paan leaves, wash them and remove stem. Chop them.

In a mixer jar add paan leaves, gulkand, almonds and cream.

Beat it to a smooth puree.

Keep it in fridge till use.

Take out the cream out of the fridge.

Add icing sugar and mix.

Beat it with beater or whisk till soft peaks are formed.

Add paan gulkand puree to the cream and mix gently.

Add chopped fruits to it and mix well.

Pour it into a serving dessert bowl.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Keep it in fridge to chill before serving.

Paan fruit cream is ready to serve.

Add sugar to taste.

Instead of icing sugar normal sugar powder can be used.
