Take a pan and add some oil..when the oil gets warm add jeera, urad dal and garlic..

Now add the amaranthus and mix well.. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Mix well and let it cook for five to ten minutes.

After the amaranthus starts sinking and gets near off the flame and take it in to the bowl

Serve hot with rice and ghee...
