Eba and egussi soup with meat

Wash your meat for five minutes at 100 degree Celsius.

Pour steamed meat in a bowl and put oil in pot.

Cut vegetables and fry for a little while in pot of oil.

Pour ground EGUSSI in mixture and fry also for a little.

Pour meat and water into mixture and allow to boil.

Put maggi and salt to your taste and allow to boil again for ten minutes more.

Cut your green, wash it and put in pot of mixture and allow to steam for a minute. EGUSSI soup is ready.

Put another pot on fire and put two or three cups of water and allow to boil.

Take from boiled water and put in a bowl and add garri till water is covered.

Cover bowl for a minute for garri to steam and be soft then mix well. Eba is ready to serve with soup and eat.
