Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsalready boiled green grams
  2. 3medium sized tomatoes 'diced
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1/4 pieceginger -grated
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the onions together with the ginger until golden brown add the tomatoes and cook until they form a paste add a pinch of salt later add the already prepared boiled green grams cover and let it cook for 2-5 min (under low heat)-this is to avoid burning of food...serve withe any starch of your choice e.get chapatti, rice etc
