Ingredients

8 small pieces
  1. 20 gYoung carrot leaves
  2. 3flat dessert spoons potato flour
  3. 1flat dessert spoon plain flour
  4. 1-2dessert spoons cold sparkling water
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Vegetable oil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and roughly chop the leaves.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle flours and salt on to the leaves and mix.

  3. 3

    Add water and mix.

  4. 4

    Drop small pieces into the hot oil and fry about for 10 seconds each side.

  5. 5

    Drain well and put onto newspaper + kitchen paper.

  6. 6

    Enjoy as it is or drizzle some soy sauce, sprinkle celery salt or squeeze lemon. I like eating as it is.
