Zucchini Ground Beef Chili (With Chili Canned)
#chiliI wanted to make a chili for dinner. But I don't have much chili ingredients. There were no tomatoes, and I had only 1 cup ground beef, 1 cup leftover black beans, 2 small zucchini, and 2 small squash. So to make it happen, I added 2 cans of jalapeño hot con carne with beans into it. We bought it a year ago before the lockdown, my husband and I call it as a coronavirus food.Well, we bought so much canned food last year during the lockdown and I think we should start using it now before it expires. Now back to my chili, after I am done cooking, and taste it. Wow, the taste is incredibly delicious. My husband can't stop eating. He likes to eat it with crackers. But not me, I'm truly Asian, I like to enjoy it over steamed rice. And it's very tasty and yummy. So, here I will share the recipe of my chili. It’s very easy to make, inexpensive and delicious.

❤️Chicken Meatballs❤️
It was my husband's birthday, and he told me he just wanted to eat at home and not go to a restaurant. He especially wanted to eat the chicken meatballs I make, so I rolled up my sleeves to cook for my beloved husband ❤️Chicken meatballs tend to be a bit dry, so I added ground pork and milk. I checked online and found that a 3:7 ratio makes the best meatballs ❤️I hope everyone will like it ❤️This recipe is inspired by IKEA's Swedish meatballs 🇸🇪
