Ingredients

  1. 10Irish potatoes
  2. Frying oil
  3. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes well and then wash well.

    Using a grater chop into thin flat round shape.

  3. 3

    Heat your oil to the maximum in a sufuria.

  4. 4

    Add the first bunch and let it fry. Both sides should be well cooked

    Fry all the remaining potatoes. Serve with salt
