2 piecesFrench bread or tortilla bread; whole wheat bread can be used for those on a diet
4 clovescrushed garlic
1 cupolive oil
1 tablespoonoregano
1 tablespoondried basil
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese or diet cheese for those on a diet

Steps

Cut the bread into medium-thick slices.

Put a little oil in the baking tray.

Prepare the mixture of oil, garlic, oregano, and basil.

Place the bread on the tray and brush each piece with the oil mixture.

Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on top of the bread slices and put them in the oven until the bottom is toasted, then lightly toast the top and serve.
