Ingredients

60 minutes
4 servings.
  1. 3eggs
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Butter
  4. Salt pepper
  5. 1 handfuldania
  6. 1 tspgarlic- pounded
  7. 1 tspginger
  8. 1 handfuldania
  9. 1 tspgarlic- pounded
  10. 1 tspginger
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  13. Bread crumbs
  14. All purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

60 minutes

    Take the potatoes, place the in baking sheet and bake for 60 at 350 F-180 degrees.

    Cut into half, scope out the flesh.

    Mash the potato. The potato should be dry.

    Cut butter in small pieces.

    Add butter, salt,pepper, nutmeg,

    Mix well. Add in ginger, garlic and salt and Dania. Mix very well. Take two eggs, separate egg whites from egg yolks. Add yolks to potato.

    Mix well. Take a piping paper bag, cut the edge. Add the mixture.put a cling film on a plate and pipe the mixture in strips.

    Refrigirate for 30 minutes.Trim off ends.

    Cut into battons.

    Get ready for coating, put all purpose flour on a plate, bread crumps in a separate plate and beat the egg whites

    Coat in flour dip in egg whites, coat in bread crumps.

    Heat oil i medium to high heat. Add to hot oil the coated potatoes.

    Fry until golden brown. Place in a absoebent paper towel serve immediatly

    Crunchy and fluffy.
