mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside

beat butter and sugar in large bowl on medium speed for 5 minutes. beat in eggs. mix in sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla

beat in flour mixture on low speed until blended
- 5
fill cups 2/3 full
- 6
bake 20 to 25 minutes
- 7
cool 5 minutes
