Cooking Instructions

In shallow dish combine butter, lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place bread crumbs in separate dish, dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.

Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.

Bake uncovered, at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink.
