Healthy lemon garlic chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplow sodium chicken broth (add more if needed during cooking)
  2. 3 lbboneless skinless chicken
  3. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  4. 2 tbspminced garlic
  5. all-purpose flour

    In large skillet combine the chicken broth, garlic and lemon juice and stir together. Place stove on medium

    Cut chicken into strips and toss in flour, then place into the skillet.

    Cook on medium heat and stir and flip chicken every few min. Overall will take 35 to 45 min to cook, depending on thickness of chicken.

    You can use butter or margarine instead of the broth. The broth is just a low fat and healthier way. And if you have a fresh lemon in fridge feel free to squeeze it on top!! Gives it a little extra lemon kick. You can also use more or less garlic depending on you likes. Enjoy!!
