Ingredients

44oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cupCrumbled bacon
1/4 cupCrumbled feta cheese
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 tbspCanola oil
29 ozDiced tomatoes
1 tbspDried basil

Cooking Instructions

15 mins

Cut a slit in the thickest part of chicken

Fill with bacon and cheese; secure with toothpick
3

Add salt and pepper ; brown in skillet

Add tomatoes and basil
5

Simmer covered for 10 minutes
6

Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until thermometer reads 170 and tomato is thickened
