Ingredients

  1. 1 boxJiffy Cornbread Mix
  2. 1 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 largeegg
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 1/3 cupbutter
  6. 8 ozsour cream
  7. 1 canCreamed corn

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add another 1/4 cup of butter to casserole dish.

  4. 4

    Place dish in oven to melt butter.

  5. 5

    Remove dish pour in mixture of ingredients and bake until brown.

So yummy! But took a long time to bake. 45 min to an hour.
