Ingredients

  1. 2 sliceChicken tenders
  2. 1/4Chopped green pepper
  3. 1/4Chopped red pepper
  4. 1/4Chopped yellow pepper
  5. 1/4Chopped yellow onion
  6. 1/2 cupBrown rice
  7. 1Chicken bullion cube
  8. 1 tbspButter substitute

Cooking Instructions

    Start rice, add bullion cube to water

  2. 2

    Heat pan over medium, lube with olive oil

  3. 3

    Cut tenders into bite size peices

  4. 4

    Add chicken to pan for 5 min

  5. 5

    Add peppers & onions for another 5 min

  6. 6

    When rice is done, add butter

  7. 7

    Serve stir fry over rice...can add low fat shredded cheese or hot sauce of choice. Enjoy!
