Mix all ingredients but chicken. Stir evenly.

Place chicken breasts on top of rice.

Put any seasoning you want on top of chicken.

Cook at 350º for about 1 1/2 hrs. After first hour, take chicken breasts off of rice and stir rice well. Put chicken back on top and continue to bake until done.
