Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 2 can(14.5oz) diced tomatoes
  3. 2 can(8oz) tomato sauce
  4. 2 can(15oz) red kidney beans
  5. 2 packagesvalu time spices and seasonings for chili (bought it at foodland)

Cooking Instructions

    crumble and brown ground beef (drain oil)

    add 2 cans (8oz) of tomato sauce and 2 cans (14.5) diced tomatoes

  3. 3

    add 2 cans (15oz.) red kidney beans

  4. 4

    blend in 2pack of valu time spices and seasoning for chili

  5. 5

    simmer for 10 minutes or more

  6. 6

    TIP: grilled cheese sandwiches go good as a side

  7. 7

    if you only want 4 servings use 1lb ground beef, 1 pack of valu time spices and seasonings for chili ,1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce ,1 can (14.5oz.) diced tomatoes ,1 can (15oz.) red kidney beans. (follow same directions)

I make this all the time and I use venison burger instead. The first time I made it I used 2 cans of kidney beans but realized that's a lot of beans so I only use 1 can. I also add some Sriracha sauce as well cos we like it hot and spicy. I let it slow cook in the crockpot on low for about 4 hours or so. It is always awesome over Fritos, sour cream and shredded cheese all mixed in a bowl.
