Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lblarge shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  2. 1/2 cupmayo
  3. 1/4 cupthai sweet chili sauce (or to taste)
  4. 1 tspthai style peanut sauce
  5. 1/2 tspsriracha hot chili sauce (or to taste, spicy)
  6. 1 boxpanko japanese style bread crumbs
  7. 1egg
  8. 1oil for frying
  9. 1 bunchof green onions chopped

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    mix mayo with Thai sweet chili sauce, Thai style peanut sauce and sriracha for the sauce

    dip shrimp in egg, then in panko bread crumbs. Deep fry shrimp in 340°F oil until light brown (around 2 mins)

    drain on paper towel. put on platter and top shrimp with sauce and chopped green onions

  4. 4

    enjoy!
