Ingredients

  1. 1 lbBoneless chicken breast
  2. 1/4 tspSalt
  3. 1/3 tspPepper
  4. 1 tbspOld Bay seasoning
  5. 2 tbspButter
  6. 1Bell pepper (I used green from my garden)
  7. 1/2Onion ( I used white from my garden)
  8. 2Tomatoes (I used roma and a yellow pear both from my garden)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Cut up tomatoes, onion and bell pepper

  3. 3

    Mix Old Bay, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Rub Old Bay mixture all over chicken

  5. 5

    Then place chicken in oven safe dish

  6. 6

    Now add the tomatoes, bell pepper and onion;spread all over top of chicken

  7. 7

    Put butter ontop and place uncovered in oven

  8. 8

    Bake for 15 to 20 min or until chicken reaches 165°

loved this! made it with pork though-made the usually dry pork juicy and tender, not to mention delicious! i never even used those spices in cooking before, but mmm! they sure do add a great taste.
