Parmesan Chicken Squares

Ingredients

  1. Chicken filling
  2. 2 cupcooked chicken (diced)
  3. 3 ozsoft cream cheese
  4. 1 tbspmelted butter
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tsppepper
  7. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  8. 2 tbspmilk
  9. 1 tbspchopped onion
  10. Chicken Squares
  11. 1 packagescrescent dinner rolls
  12. 1 tbspmelted butter
  13. 4 tbspparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350ºF

    Blend cream cheese and 1 tablespoon melted butter.

    Add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic salt, milk and chopped onion.

    Set mixture aside

  5. 5

    Unroll 1 package of Crescent dinner rolls. Divide into 4 squares, sealing preforations and forming four squares.

    Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture into center and draw up 4 corners to seal

  7. 7

    Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown

I didn't add the green onion and I used the same spices but put them in to taste and they turned out amazing. Adding parmesan to the filling too makes it even better ;)
