  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 4medium boiled potatoe
  3. 1 cupfinely chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum,tomatoes)
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tspchopped coriander levels
  8. Oil for shallow frings

    Mashed the potatoes add all vegetables, spices,and coriander levels to the mashed potatoes.

    Tak a bread slices and cut in square shape.spread mixture on both sides of the bread.

    Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.

    Cook on both sides golden brown just like pancakes using a little oil. Serve to hot with ketchup.
