Hamburger Soup Hamburger Soup
When it’s chilly, I serve my family warm and hearty bowls of this hamburger soup. This is a great dish to make for a crowd, or make it on the weekend and eat it all week. You can also spice it up a bit by adding some chile or cayenne powder. If you have other veggies that need to be used up, this soup is the perfect place to put them. Zucchini, sweet potato, beans? Put ‘em in the pot! You can also serve the soup over leftover rice or pasta. This recipe was modified from the Food Network#GlobalApron - Week 35. Hamburger Cabbage Soup Hamburger Cabbage Soup
I like cabbage. And hamburger meat. In the method of cooking I add the cabbage in near the end. This is because I like the cabbage to still have crunch to it. The less crunch you like the earlier you should add it. Justin Butler
