Cooking Instructions

Place flour in a shallow bowl

In another shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk

In a third shallow bowl, combine crackers, cheese,salt and pepper.

Dip pork chop in flour, (I run under water first) then egg mixture, then cracker mixture
- 5
Place butter or cooking spray in a 13 X 9 inch baking dish; add pork chops
- 6
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until thermometer reads 145°F
