    Peel sausage skin & slice thinly sausage

    STEAM SAUSAGE FOR 25 to 30 MINUTE THE ADD SLICE LEEK AND STEAM ANOTHER 5 MINUTE

    Pour chinese shao xing rice wine & light soy sauce and steam for another 2 minute

  4. 4

    Serve hot
